Christopher Faulkner

Christopher Faulkner is a Baritone singer and singing teacher from Barrow-in-Furness. After winning the local Ann Hood award in secondary school he decided he should be thinking more seriously about singing as a career. He now regularly performs as a soloist in concerts, oratorios and Opera scenes across the country and has been a member of the Opera Holland Park chorus for the past three years. With his quartet ‘ffourtissimo’ he performs in a variety of concerts, most recently: weddings, opera and musical concerts and art gallery openings. He enjoys leading creative workshops with music in schools and care homes and teaches privately. As well as opera, classical and musical singing styles, he sings and plays guitar in folk and ceilidh bands such as Stingo and The ceilidh factory. He has successfully completed his degree at the Guildhall school of music and drama this summer and now has more time on his hands to earn money, travel and sing.
