Hello. Like all tutors, I am friendly, enthusiastic, supportive and knowledgable. I want you to improve and hope that you want to improve. The goal is to achieve the best grade you can in GCSE or A-Level. I use a variety of material from textbooks, past exam papers or Web sites - anything I think explains the topic clearly. Understanding is achieved by a mix of explanation, questioning, practise and (I'm afraid) work by you. I set work to be attempted in your own time then discussed during the tutorial. I tutor in your home.
Every session is followed up by a summary email which is sent to the student and parent or guardian as a record of progress.
Contact me to discuss how I can help.
Travel: 20 minutes from New Barnet i.e. Barnet, Finchley, Whetstone, Hendon, Mill Hill, Enfield, Highgate, Hampstead, Golders Green.

For the hourly rate you receive not only one full hour, dedicated one-to-one tuition but also any session preparation or follow up time - which usually takes up to an hour. So you get two hours work for the price of one.

Sessions can be cancelled or rearranged up to 24 hours prior to the session. Any later cancellation and you will have to pay the session fee. This is only fair as I can't arrange a "replacement" session at less than 24 hours notice.

You can book between one and any number of sessions and cancel after payment for any session.
