After completing my undergraduate degree in clarinet performance at Birmingham Conservatoire, I commenced an MA in solo clarinet performance at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. I am currently finishing my first year and studying with Robert Plane (principal clarinet BBC National Orchestra of Wales) and Timothy Lines (ex-principal clarinet of London Symphony Orchestra). During the first year of my studies at RWCMD, I have been principal clarinet of the symphony orchestra, chamber orchestra and contemporary ensemble. I have also taken part in Welsh National Opera side-by-side schemes.

I have played in many youth orchestras and ensembles including the National Youth Orchestra of Wales, Welsh National Youth Opera and National Youth Wind Orchestra of Wales. I have also participated in the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra orchestral training scheme for young players.

Currently, I am a woodwind, piano and class teacher for the Forte School of Music. I teach clarinet, flute and saxophone from beginner standard to grade 8 +.

I am available for private teaching within the Cardiff. If you need any further details then please let me know and I will be happy to forward them to you.
