damon flanagan
www.teachinglondonviolin.co.uk Damon Flanagan is a London based violin teacher with a private studio in violin teaching studio in Charlton, Greenwich and a violin teacher at the London College of Music (University of WestLondon) and Deputy at the Junior Trinity College of Music. He studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under Simon Fischer and at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Damon has a busy orchestral career with the City of Birmingham Symphony and English National Ballet. He has always had a great interest in teaching violin. At the age of just 16 he successfully entered a student for a Grade Exam 3. During his time as violin teacher at Charles Edward Brooke School the school achieved 'music college' status with Lambeth Borough Council. Damon also has Grade 8 Distinction on Piano.
