Tai Chi experience
I have been studying Yang style Tai Chi for over ten years and within the last four years I have been training with the Devon School of Tai Chi and Tai Chi Nation, based in south Devon.
I have trained in 24 posture compact Yang style and 37 posture Cheng Man Ching forms, as well as Daoyin and Qigong.
I have recently qualified as a Tai Chi teacher under the Tai Chi Nation instructor training course.
