I am a physiotherapist musculoskeletal practitioner for out of hours service NHS along with a hydrotherapist LB healthcare, Physiotherapist to the Solent Devils ice hockey team and run my private clinic in Fareham.

I am also a teacher trainer of yoga and a Pilates mat based instructor.

Group classes, Physiotherapy clinic and private classes are run at LB healthcare Whiteley.
