Fiona is the principal teach and director of Eden Studios, Avondale Hall, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co Dublin. . Fiona has attended the following training:

YogaWorks Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified), OM Yoga for Cancer Care, Pregnancy Yoga with Uma Tuilsmore Duili, STOTT Pilates, Powerhouse Pilates, Pre & Post Natal Pilates with Bodyfirm Pilates Academy, Reiki Level 1, NLP Practitioner, NCEF Fitness Instructor, Personal Training, B Sc.

Fiona teaches yoga to all levels including pregnancy yoga, yoga for teens, yoga for kids and cancer care yoga.

Fiona teaches Pilates to all levels, including pre and post natal pilates.

Fiona also teaches workshops and private classes.
