National and international prize winner, I am a young pianist, accompanist and piano teacher based in London, UK, with a fresh approach on music, thanks to more more than 8 years of studying musical teaching. I have been awarded the Level 3 European Teaching Certificate with the highest mark, after graduating the musical teaching programme of studies in my country.

I am willing to work not only with children that would like to persuade a musician career, but also with anybody willing to have fun with music and have a great time exploring the magical world of the piano.

I teach various types of music, from standard classical repertoire (all the great composers, masters of piano music) to more unconventional authors, Astor Piazzolla (the king of tango) or the Original Dixieland Jazz Band. We can approach film music or cafe concert pieces, as well as the great piano classical repertoire.

Also, I work as an accompanist, with good sight-reading skills. I have a generous repertoire of chamber music as well as piano accompaniment, including violin, cello, flute, concertos, sonatas (violin, viola, cello, flute) and numerous other pieces.

I teach also music theory.

I will visit at home.

Educational history

September, 2008
Royal Academy of Music, London
After graduating from Romanian College of Music, I have been accepted with scholarship at RAM, studying for my BMus degree.

Aimed at: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

Lessons take place on a weekly basis, only at the student's residence.

Teaching starts on the 1st of September and finishes on the 30th of June. Holiday dates are as following:

Winter break - 1st of December - 5th of January
Spring break - 1st of April - 9th of Aprils
Summer break - 1st of July - 31st of August

If there are two children in a family, each of them receiving a piano lesson of 30 mins (£15), the total fee will be £30.

Cash payments should be made at each lesson.

In special situations, a lesson can be cancelled has the student/parent let me know at least two days in advance (e.g. if the lesson is on Wednesday, I should be announced of the cancellation by Monday 9 A.M.).

One cannot cancel the lesson two weeks in a row. Holidays are exceptions.

Being a concert pianist, I might need to change the time of the lesson or even postpone it. In that case, a £5 pound discount is applicable.

It is the student's responsibility to practise on a daily basis, following the instructions received in the lessons. Students should bear in mind that steady progress can only be achieved by consistent practise, between the lessons. In order to accommodate this requirement, the student should have daily access to a piano, or a piano-like electrical instrument.
