I am a qualified teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to children and adults.
I have a BA Hons Degree (Upper Second)from the Univirsity of Sussex 1973 and a PGCE (MFL)from the University of Sussex 1974 and the 1ère année du DEUG (Université de Lille)1985.
I have been teaching since September 1975 - all levels of French (Beginners to A level), Russian (Beginners to GCSE). I have also taught German (up to GCSE)and EFL (University of Cambridge exams).
I worked at the French Institute in London from 1984-1988.
In additon I have taught on the Teacher Training programme to train students to become Adult Education tutors.
I have also been Head of Modern Languages in a school and Curriculum Manager for Adult Education.
I am author of the BBC course book for adult beginners in Russian entiltled 'Talk Russian'

I have also taught English as a Foreign Language for University of Cambridge exams.
