I am interested in making languages accessible and inspiring. When I am not giving private tuition, I'm a freelance writer and researcher. I live in North East London.

I have recently completed a Masters of Research in Humanities and Cultural Studies at The London Consortium. Previously I obtained a first-class honours in Languages and Literature from UCL, where I took courses across the arts – in French and Italian literature, film, art history, and French language.

I have a broad range of analytical skills across the humanities, which I am keen to pass on to my students. Having lived for 18 months in Paris, working as a research assistant at the Centre Pompidou, I have an excellent level of spoken French and knowledge of French culture and society.

Friendly and reliable, I will build a programme of learning adapted to each student's needs.

Experience: I have a range of experience giving private tuition to adults and teenagers. I have taught conversational or 'holiday' French, as well as written French and grammar for close textual analysis. I have also worked as a teaching assistant in group classes for younger children.

* Conversation practice / Holiday preparation
* Lessons for younger children
* Homework and essay help
* Grammar revision
* Colloquial French
* Proof-reading of documents
* Beginners, intermediate and advanced.
