I have taught KIXA Self Defence for Women for over ten years. I love KIXA because it makes women feel confident, fit and strong. It aims to help give you an edge for any situation. I teach in a women-only environment so its supportive and fun.

KIXA is a great workout as well as giving you the skills/and tips to be able to punch/kick etc. So whether you are looking to cross-train or want to get back into shape try it as an interesting way to get fit. You will certainly be sweating and releasing some tension. But don't worry - all at your own pace.
It helps me stay in shape, beat stress from my work, and I get alot of energy from it. The KIXA Central Powers breathing exercises helped me develop strong hands and arms. This helped me combat Repetititve Strain Injury and had been told by a doctor to give up working with computers. I tried lots of things but KIXA was the only thing that made the difference. KIXA has transformed my body from the inside and it saved me from having to give up work.
I've travelled to Indonesia, home of the 5,000 year old self defence system, over 15 times to learn more about it and develop myself and students.
I am also a qualified Gym Instructor and Massage Therapist so I know about health and the body. I have bags of patience and have passion to help women. So why not drop by to a class.
