My name is Helena Suarez and I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor (CYQ Level 3) offering one to one and group classes in the London area.

I have been practising Pilates for a number of years and I am interested in helping others to find what Pilates can do for them in terms of strengthening their core, improving their posture and increasing their body awareness. I teach one to one or group lessons at my clients' preferred location (home or office) and sessions last around one hour.

If you're interested in finding out more about what Pilates can do for you, please get in touch.
