Helena Turner

I am a Yoga Teacher based in the Hunters Bar area, Sheffield, I teach Hatha Yoga to small classes in the Scout Hut, Botanical Road, Monday evenings, Friday mornings. I have over ten years yoga practice. I have been teaching for the past two years. I am fully registered and insured with Yoga Alliance. I am also available for One to One tuition. I continue to attend training days. I teach gentle postures and sequences combined with the breath as well as breathing practices, relaxation and meditation practices.
