Helen Keane Registered Yoga Teacher 500 hrs(training to advanced level)
I teachYoga for Stress Management & Wellbeing.

I am a registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training(RYT 500).

My teaching is influenced by the Sivananda style in which I trained to an advanced level.

My teaching is further influenced from having lived in Asia(Japan & South Korea) for 5 years, as I had my own teachers and also had the opportunity to teach yoga while living in Asia....the most interesting teaching assignment was to teach yoga to the US Military on the base in Seoul, South Korea.

The highlight of my yoga teacher training has had to be my two trips to India, first in 2006, 2009 and then in January this year. For photos of me practicing yoga and photos of India please go to www.helenkeaneyoga.com.

I enjoy developing my own practice and teaching skills by studying yoga to apply it to different stages in life and for various physical conditions, I have completed the Lisa Wilkinson's Trust in Birth diploma, specialised in yoga therapy for the Back, therapy for muscular skeletal disorders, yoga therapy for heart conditions.

I enjoy art, travelling, cooking, hiking and reading...and taking my little pomeranian, Cosmo for walks!

Aimed at: Beginner and Intermediate.

Currently teaching in the following Dublin city center VEC - Ballsbridge, Rathmines, and Fairview.
