James Kitchman is a London-based guitarist hailing from the forsaken countryside of Northumberland. Kitchman graduated from Trinity Laban in 2013 and has since embarked on a series of projects encompassing all manner of disparate musical styles and disciplines. He is a co-leader in the Southern Cone Quintet’s deconstruction of Argentinian, Chilean and Uruguayan folk music,
plays alongside Corrie Dick in the contemporary jazz explorations of Jonathon Chung's trio Glasshopper and is a part of the Orpheus Sinfonia in Grammy-nominated composer Tarik O’Regan’s latest opera.

Aimed at: Intermediate and Advanced.
Online teaching offered

Private lessons usually take place at the student's home or my own, depending on what is most mutually convenient.

Lessons are usually 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions, but of course can be flexible, and any level of musician is more than welcome.
