Jasyn Savage is a qualified and registered fitness instructor and teacher, and overall gym enthusiast. He is currently registered with the Register of Exercise Professional in the United Kingdom as a Registered Instructor and Teacher – Advanced Instructor Level 3. He was also registered with the South African Registered Physical Trainers from 1997 to 2002.
Jasyn explains: “I developed a love for sport at a young age, especially middle distance runnings and bodybuilding. Although these two sports require completely different energy requirements and physiques, I managed to represent my province in both sports, with an eight-year gap in between”.
As the founder, owner and fitness expert at Bodies In Action, Jasyn takes an active personal interest in each of his members. He develops a tailor-made program according to each member’s specific needs, using the latest cutting edge sports training methods and workout principles. Jasyn supervises all weight and strength training himself.
Although there are some tried and trusted principles that form the basis of a training program, Jasyn likes to adapt his methods to incorporate both the old and trusted, and the new and exciting. He believes there is always room for improvement, and it is his passion to find new and inspiring methods to take members to the next level of health and fitness.
His personal motto is: “Let’s be fit and strong”.

Boot-Camp Fitness Class

You’re about to become much more than just a weekend warrior! ‘Boot-Camp’ training is composed of P.E. style drills that are sure to complement your weekend activities. Upper and lower body exercises are incorporated into one dynamite athletic conditioning class. So, whether you like to spend your weekends hiking mountains, biking the trails, swimming in the ocean or playing contact sports, the ‘Boot-Camp’ training class will help you get more out of your favourite thrills.

The 'Boot-Camp' class includes:

* Explosive-Strength
* Flexibility
* Tone

This class brings you the best drills for improving endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and muscular strength. Expect a great full body workout on a time frame that fits even the busiest schedule.
No guts, no glory in this ‘Boot-Camp’ training! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, strength, and flexibility.
