I'm an avid quilter who wants everyone to get the quilting bug. I have taught a few classes in 2008, and would like to encourage more people in my local area to quilt that may not be able to travel due to age or family commitments.

Other than this I love to design quilts and make baby quilts, bumpers and nappy cakes. The most recent project Oct 2008 - March 2009 was a comic book cover commission.

I love going to classes as well as teaching and have had a background in lecturing. A job I loved till the college pulled the plug on the courses due to funding.

I'm an easy going person with a love for fabric and loosing myself in a project, or to my long suffering fiance looking round fabric shops, he finds boring and I'm like a kid in a candy store.

Outside of this I work in retail and love to bake and cook, when time allows. A good book or move also helps me unwind.
