I will shortly be taking some time out to cycle around Europe, taking Beethoven's last 3 piano sonatas with me!! "Beethoven by Bike" is the name of the project. This means that from june 2011 I will be away, perhaps for a year or so.
My blog address is http://beethovenbybike.wordpress.com
Wish me luck!

formerly a physiotherapist I took my LTCL and then CTABRSM in the mid 1990's and established a lovely teaching and accompanying practice.

Gained much experience with assisting dartington students and professional musicians with instrumental recitals and a wide range of other musical experiences.
I have been especially immersed in late Schubert and more recently late Beethoven sonatas. Have been performing these with a special connection to the local Steiner school. I regularly assist and coach instrumentalists for their exams.
I am currently a student on the Alexander technique training course.
I am 51,a granny, love cycling walking camping and being in nature.... and expressing life's riches through music. I have a really beautiful piano and can accomodate small groups/workshops at home.
I arrange annual pupil concerts with varying themes.... we often use this as a way of raising funds for charities with which the children may be personally connected.
