For the past 18 years I have enjoyed teaching a variety of students ranging from young people preparing for exams and auditions to those who are learning to play the cello as a hobby later in life.
Currently my youngest pupil is 6 years old and my oldest is a beginner who is over the age of 70!
Some students like to work for exams, others enjoy playing both alone or with others, I like to get to know my students and develop their cello playing according to their own personal goals. I have a 100% pass rate for my students who have taken ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall examinations.
As well as teaching privately I also teach Cello and direct ensembles in and around Worcester where I have also founded and directed the Cello Orchestra and Chamber Group. I am the founder and director of 'A day of Cellos' which is a summer course held annually. In 2014 I will be directing 'A day of Cellos 1' ( grades 1-4) on August 9th followed by 'A day of Cellos 2' on August 10th. For further details on these fun days for Cellists of all ages please contact me.
If you are thinking of Cello lessons please do not hesitate to contact me without obligation.
I also have experience in teaching piano, theory and double bass.

Aimed at: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
