Mother and Baby Yoga
This is a friendly informal class for mother and baby, from 6 weeks after birth to crawling.
The classes will offer a mix of yoga practices for mother, for baby, and for both. Classes will focus on:
- aiding postnatal recovery
- regaining strength and flexibility after birth
- addressing common physical difficulties, lower back pain, abdominal and pelvic floor weakness, stiff neck and shoulders
- simple stretches and massage for babies
- supporting infant development
- nurturing the bond between mother and baby
- having a fun and relaxing time
Pregnancy Yoga
Loyalty cards can be used for any drop-in classes. The cards must be used within 4 months for 12 class card, 2 months for 6 class card.
