I am a black belt in kickboxing under Khalid Ismail.

Blue belt in bjj under Nick Brooke's

I have competed in MMA, BJJ and judo.

I have been training since 2003 and teaching kickboxing for the last 5 years.

I have also taught and cornered 5 events for the Ultra white collar boxing events for the cancer Charity's taking over 200 people through the process of training for a fight in the short space of 2 months.

I have an equipped summer house suitable for one to one/couple sessions.
