Hi, I am an senior instructor for the Tse Qigong Centre, and have been training in Chinese Health Arts for thirty years. We are a friendly group of people who wish to improve our health by studying these fascinating arts. Go back to the origins of Tai Chi by studying the original style, Chen Style, or learn how to look after your own health by studying Wild Goose Qigong.
