My passion is to help people restore a healthy body-mind balance, particularly needed in our culture that celebrates busy-ness.

I currently offer three main services:

#1: I help people suffering mostly from lifestyle diseases.

I run regular yoga and meditation classes and workshops and I offer private tuition for a more tailored practice. I run several yoga retreats in the UK and abroad to provide that true chance for relaxation and rejuvenation.

I am also a Thai Yoga Massage and Manual Lymph Drainage therapist, to help people with more specific issues.

#2: I train people to become Thai Yoga Massage practitioners. This part of my business pursues one of my absolute passions.

#3: My third service, and the one I am most excited about developing at the moment, is breathe & de-stress.

Re-balance your life using the tools of yoga, meditation and mindful living. This is a dedicated programme providing people with a toolbox, so they can first of all reduce their stress levels to move them to a state of mind of choice and ultimately the ability to change their relationship with the thoughts that create stress in the first place.

One-to-one lessons

Group Classes

weekly restorative yoga

This is a slow pace class to truly restore and rejuvenate body and mind.
Do you suffer from back or joint pain?
Are stress or depression part of your life?
Do you maybe not feel fit, strong, flexible or young enough to join a yoga class at the gym?
Are you recovering from illness or injury?
Or do you maybe just have a strong need to slow down from the hectic daily life?

"There is no match for the intelligence of the body. Rest."
(from Top of the Lake, BBC2 drama)

In this class we will specifically be working with what ever issue, niggle, condition or restriction you may bring along. You will learn ways to modify yoga positions to suit you, which positions may be particularly useful for you and how to use other practices such as breathing and relaxation to restore a sense of well-being. In order to work safely with everyone's individual needs, this class is kept small in size, creating a safe space for everyone to turn to their own needs.

Beginners are welcome. Please bring your own mat if you have one.

weekly breathing meditation

Do you often feel rushed off your feet, stressed and anxious? Do you suffer from headaches, fatigue or digestive problems that could be stress related or feel like you are on an emotional rollercoaster? Most of us do at some point.

These 45-min meditation sessions provide very simple and accessible ways to help you change this and improve the quality of your personal and professional life. Using different meditation, relaxation and particularly breathing techniques taken from yoga, each session teaches you easy to follow short practices you can also do at home. Allowing yourself to restore a healthier body-mind balance will help you cope with the day-to-day stresses of modern life much more effectively.

The benefits of a regular breathing and meditation practice can be:
- a greater sense of wellbeing
- better concentration
- clarity of mind
- relaxation
- better ability to deal with stress
- improved sleeping patterns
- more positivity and energy in life
- improved relationships at home and at work
- feeling more peaceful within yourself
