Tai Chi Herefordshire is a loose association of individuals and students who teach and practice Chen Style Tai Chi in Hereford and its surrounding environs. We teach both hand and weapons forms and host seminars and workshops with visiting teachers and masters.We form links and support practitioners in adjoining counties with the aim of encouraging the development of Tai Chi in this region.
