Twenty years experience as a freelance personal and professional development trainer. Now running small group classes in central Cambridge for people wanting to develop their assertiveness, build confidence, or manage stress. Small groups (max 6) create a learning experience part coaching part training, to maximise individual's results. My background in psychology means that sessions really do help participants to make lasting changes, based on increased self-knowledge, a greater understanding of people, and confidence built through practising the skills and techniques.
