Lauren runs Touchstones Therapies in Wales, UK. She is a qualified teacher of over 20 years experience and an experienced crystal healer. Lauren teaches the ICGT Crystal and Gem Therapy Diploma both in Mid Wales and in Glastonbury.
Lauren really enjoys empowering people, whether through healing sessions, teaching, or through wider communication in her writing and on the web. Her book Light behind the Angels was published in 2010.
She believes in giving people the techniques, confidence and skills to make necessary changes for themselves.

ICGT Certificate in Crystal and Gem Therapy - Intensive Course
This is the first 5 days of a 10 day Intensive training course. The second 5 days are booked with participants attending the course.
This course has the same content as the ICGT weekend by weekend course, but is delivered in two intensive five day sessions. It is ideal for those that work at weekends, live too far from Llandrindod Wells or Glastonbury to attend monthly, or simply enjoy learning in this very focussed fashion.
You must have your feet firmly on the ground to study in this way & be prepared to do some prep in the evenings.

The Institute of Crystal and Gem Therapists, Principals Sue and Simon Lilly, is a well-established and highly regarded school of Crystal Therapy. Lauren D'Silva is a Teacher Member of the ICGT. The Certificate Course in Crystal and Gem Therapy will equip you with the knowledge and skills required to become a professional crystal therapist. In addition the course leads you through a process of self-development which is truly life changing.
In the first year you are guided through the core curriculum of the Association of Crystal Healing Organisations (ACHO). You will attend 6 weekend training sessions.
On satisfactory completion of all the first year course components you will obtain an ICGT Certificate in Crystal and Gem Therapy allowing you to practise as a Crystal Healer and gain insurance.
There is an option to go on to a second year covering more advanced techniques. On successful completion of the second year the ICGT Diploma in Crystal and Gem Therapy is awarded allowing you to become a full member of ACHO.
