I have been teaching yoga for 14 years, practising for longer. I am an enthusiastic and committed practitioner looking at ways to bring yoga to the masses. I am not a traditional yogi, I travel my path in a number of different ways and like to teach and share with open-minded people wanting to make sense of their lives. I am available for work with individuals or groups from any background or health status and can offer workshops and special events taking a different slant on the journey of yoga anywhere in the UK. Regular classes available locally and also available to teach more often if you are interested.

Yoga for all

This is a general yoga class for all students, beginners and continuers. Its a small friendly class with expert tuition and friendly advice. Call Lesley on 024 7627 5552 to find out more.
