I offer consultations and tutoring in 1. sleep insomnia solutions 2. how to live an holistic healthfy life, for a better life-work balance and to help you create what I call a 'breathing space' in your life.
If you experience sleep problems and/or feel that your stressful life is controlling you then a series of coaching sessions can really help you to feel healthier and happier.
I've studied and applied many holistic techniques for the past 20+ years and work one to one with individuals and in groups eg within companies.
I am available to give online consultations via Skype.
Some of the techniques I incorporate in my sessions are:
1. meditation and relaxation skills aimed at busy people to give practical techniques to bring calmness and peace of mind.
2. De-cluttering your home/work environment as a wonderful way to freshen up your life. Much easier when someone else is there to guide you through this emotional rollercoaster.
3. Creative Expressions workshops aim to get that right brain of yours into an innovative frame of mind, to express your yearnings and discover your potential.
4. Qi gong (chi gong) is an ideal basis of healthy exercise. Movement and breathing for health and well being based on ancient oriental teachings.

Apart from the teaching I love Salsa dancing and living a creative life (going for country walks, making seasonal natural eats/drinks like Sloe Gin, I adore raw chocolate and watching the birds nest outside my window ... and taking time to smell the roses on the way)

Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong
Shibashi, a series of 18 movements combining breath, visualisation and light exercises for health.
Qigong is an ancient system for health and well being. Anyone can do it, and I've been teaching a group of disabled adults, some wheelchair users, so I've adapted the sequence.
If you can get a group of people together I'm happy to facilitate the course.

We've started the programme but anyone is able to join in whether you've started the course before and not finished, or want to start it with the support of a small group to help keep you on track.
I've done the programme and was so enthusiastic about it that I'm redoing it again and living my life by it.

We work in a group to explore different techniques that they can incorporate into your lifestyle. we are all busy so this course helps give you the confidence and home practice to know what fits right for you and that you will carry on using after the course.

As standard I require 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment, leaving a message given by telephone. Or the full consultancy fee for that session will be applied/billed. Do not simply leave me an email and think I will pick it up in time.
I appreciate there may be times when less than 24 hours notice is available, say in an emergency. In these instances then we can discuss the matter.
