I came to Yoga as a result of post traumatic stress disorder after the birth of my son 13 years ago.

I have four children now. Through the practice of Yoga I came to witness first hand the healing effects of Yoga on the mind body and soul. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga which has allowed me to develop in many areas as a teacher.

My Yoga practice is the foundation of my life. I feel blessed that I am able to share Yoga and embrace teaching diverse groups, playfully, mindfully, compassionately and with great awareness.

I teach classes for adults, children and pregnancy. With a light heart and a big dash of humour!
