The main components of the modern vacuum cleaner are:
Centrifugal compressor, which creates a vacuum and pumping air flow through the filters and air ducts of the vacuum cleaner. The compressor is almost always driven by a collector motor;
An air cleaner separating the dust from the air, and collecting it in a dust collection container;
A set of replaceable attachments, brushes for effective removal of contaminants from various surfaces (carpets, parquet, furniture, hard-to-reach places, etc.)
Typically, the vacuum cleaner is completed with a flexible air hose (with the exception of small hand-held models and some vacuum cleaners of the "American" configuration with a compressor built into the pipe with a brush or nozzle), an extension pipe, and nozzles that expand its functionality (nozzles, sprayers, nozzles for inflating inflatable balls, etc.). Vacuum cleaners are floor, hand, knapsack, brush-vacuum cleaners, centralized and automatic (robotic).
