The first Poetry recital CPD workshop with teachers working with years 10-13 as part of the National poetry recital competition Poetry By Heart. Exploring meaning and rhythm through oral practice across the poetry anthology timeline. Exploring strategies for memorisation, vocal creativity and expression, projection and audience engagement for use throughout the rehearsal and academic process, in public performance heats and in judging the final public performance competition.

This was the first Masterclass of this onging initiative, preparing teachers to prepare learners in years 10-13 for this new annual competition celebrating poetry across the ages, in the spoken form.

Two consecutive International Summer School temporary teaching posts, coaching adults and teenagers as part of the Parent and Child and Intensive Academic programmes. Special emphasis on developing fluency in functional and spoken English.

Levels, Beginner, Elementary, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Business English/Advanced.

English Speaking Board Intensive Short Course examinations preparation.

Adjudicated the Sri Lanka All Island Festival in February and October 2011, visiting venues across the country. Classes of all ages and levels in Verse Speaking, Reading, Storytelling, Public Speaking, Shakespearean Acting, Drama, News Reading.

Private tuition for trainee actors and musical theatre performers at Level 6. Tuition for OCF and UCAS validated LAMDA Acting and Communication examinations (to date).

Formerly also Foundation Acting and Higher National Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre Coach (Years 1-3).

Experience freelance Communications and Performance examiner, currently with New Era Academy, examining individuals and groups in QCF and UCAS approved examinations throughout the UK and abroad. From entry level to Level 6 Diplomas in Performance and Teaching.

Part time peripatetic for KS3 and 4 in solo and group LAMDA Acting Examinations. Areas covered include Stage Technique, Acting Skills, Textual Performance, Voice Production, Ensemble Stagecraft, Examination Technique.

LAMDA Examination Speech and Drama Lecturer. Preparing adult returners for Group Speech and Acting examinations with LAMDA examination board, including Group Recital (Honours) and Group Acting (Honours).

Subject co-ordinator and chief peripatetic for LAMDA examinations and bespoke lessons in audition and interview technique, GCE, AS, A2 and GCSE complementary textual and literature interpretation, speech, performance and communication skills and the full range of LAMDA solo and group examinations. All ages from 11-18.
