I moved from full-time teaching to private tutoring 10 years back. I have 9 A Levels, Classics Honour Moderations and B.A English Honours from Oxford, Cert. Ed., M.A. (Oxon) and T.E.S.L from Kent. Past students have gone up 2 Maths sets, to Eton and other top schools, to Oxford, improved degrees, 100% English Literature score - verifiable success stories. I love poetry analysis and creative writing, Art criticism and Realistic and Romantic teaching and painting in assorted media, along with digital photographic work with Photoshop, Classical Music, composing and playing piano. I major on basic grammar, mnemonics and study skills.
I also proof-read and prepare students for interviews
