Vedic Meditation is a simple mental technique that anyone can practice with a short course of instruction. Meditators report (and scientific studies confirm) that meditation reduces stress and anxiety, increases awareness and clarity of mind, improves physical well being and delivers better sleep and more energy.

I qualified as a teacher of Vedic Meditation after two years of intensive study culminating in three months in the mountains of India and Flagstaff, Arizona. Prior to becoming a meditation teacher, I worked in the entertainment industry as a Marketing Director for high profile music, theatre and education organisations.

I was born and raised in the Midwest United States and have spent much of my professional life in Seattle and Los Angeles. Now I live in London and teach in the UK, Europe and the U.S.
