I have been teaching yoga in Brighton since 2001. My approach to yoga draws upon many years of practice with inspirational teachers, all of whom were influenced by the work of Vanda Scaravelli. I see my approach to this work as a process of getting in touch with one’s own body, of listening to it, and responding intelligently. I bring a mindfulness aspect to yoga and meditation. I teach students of all abilities including absolute beginners. I teach yoga classes, workshops, retreats and holidays as well as teaching people individually. I have experience of teaching in the workplace - past clients have included Glyndeborne Opera, RSPB, Sussex Careers Services, DRP Architects.
