I started practising mindfulness meditation in 1997, and it has since become an integral aspect of my life. I've been teaching mindfulness meditation since 2000.

I completed the teacher training program (level 1) in mindfulness-based approaches with Bangor University and am continuously developing my teaching skills and deepening my practice. My passion is in bridging the mindfulness and counselling approaches to good mental health.

I work as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in a primary care setting in North Somerset, delivering Cognitive Behaviour Therapy interventions and counselling to groups and individuals. I also have a private counselling practice in Bristol.
