I teach mindfulness techniques and mindfulness meditation, a western, non-sectarian form of meditation that is derived from the 2,500-year-old Buddhist practice of Vipassana. I also offer a range of techniques, specifically selected according to client's needs to help them on their way to health and well-being. I consider the "whole" person as a complex human when assessing and selecting the appropriate technique for them.

Reducing stress and increasing relaxation helps to restore the body’s natural equilibrium and balance. When the body is relaxed and in balance it can cope with everyday stresses and strains of life much more effectively. These techniques I use and teach can boost the immune system, help eliminate toxins, help relieve pain, improve circulation, reduce and balance weight, improve sleep patterns, increase energy levels, induce deep relaxation, reduce stress and tension and restore balance to body systems. They can also be used to target a specific physical, mental, emotional or spiritual problem or as a preventative measure or purely for relaxation.

My goal is to offer holistic and complimentary therapies to as many people as possible at the most reasonable prices. I feel everyone can benefit in some way with holistic and complimentary therapies and I want to make the benefits attainable for you.
