I am a Visiting Professor at Staffordshire University, in recognition of my contribution to the field of 'community art'. I ran a very successful community arts business, employing ten people full-time, which used painting, ceramics, mosaics, film and video, and many other creative techniques. We worked with tens of thousands of people in some of the most deprived communities throughout the world. I have now established myself as a sole trader and publisher.

I am a skilled practitioner in using creativity to inspire people, and to enable them to connect to their unique 'soul's purpose'. By using my own gateway techniques and practices I can enable individuals and groups to overcome their fears and personal baggage to create wonderful works of art. From this starting point I then move them into ritual and ceremony, based on the idea that grief naturally gives way to praise. These are based on the techniques I have developed around redemption and community.

I am presently employed by individuals and companies throughout Britain and Europe to deliver training based on these principles, called 'Creative Collaboration for Entrepreneurs'. I also work in the field of personal development, and have created workshops and experiential events based around the principles of rites of passage and initiation.

I have a written a series of books on creativity and male spirituality, and have also been employed to make independent documentary films about associated concepts and projects.
