General Yoga
Yoga classes which concentrate primarily on a variety of physical asana, as well as introducing (and developing, for intermediate students) awareness of pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and relaxation practices. Each week provides a new focus for the students to explore these combined practices, encouraging the student to deepen their interest in yoga. They also offer more familiar patterns of practice, to enable the student to develop their own practice safely away from the class.
Deepen your awareness of body, breath & mind to enjoy whole health.
Mats available at the venue.
Drop in students welcome.
