Group Classes

Bikeability Courses Level 1-3

Level 1 – From age 5, these lessons take place off road and you learn to control your bike, ideal for anyone new to cycling in need of some confidence. A helmet and a simple bike check are also included.

Don't stop at Level 1, We start to deal with real traffic.

Level 2 – Is where you start to deal with real traffic, great for those wishing to progress from very quiet roads to slightly busier ones.

Keep going. Next level is a must for those wanting to brush up on cycle techniques and how to deal with busy road situations.

Level 3 – Is where you start to deal with busy roads and advanced road features. Once you have completed level 3 you will be able to bike most places safely.

Once training is finished please continue to cycle, just to keep confident and keep your cycling skills up to scratch.

Family Cycle courses

I want to encourage families to ride together. How parents can teach their children to cycle safely, how you all can ride together safely whilst controlling your bikes.

There are many adults who would like to start cycling, riding in traffic doesn't require nerves of steel, just a set of skills that anyone can learn. The right skills will make your journey easier, safer and less stressful. That's where the National Standards Bikeability cycle training comes in.
It's just as relevant for existing cyclists as it is to those starting out. Using correct cycling techniques and controlling your bike correctly and confidently, can not only be fun, but safe as well.

If you are interested in cycling, whatever your aim, motivation or age, just contact me.
