Nicola Hopkinson

I am Nicola Hopkinson BA Hons, PGDip, MMus, a professional musician based in Glasgow. I provide music lessons in my home for Piano, French Horn, Trumpet and Trombone. I cover a wide range of repertoire (Classical and Jazz) and prepare pupils for Associated Board exams. I also offer assistance for those wishing to sit the SQA Standard and Higher practical examinations. All my pupils have a high success rate.

My current pupils have a wide age range and varying ability from beginner to advanced. Past pupils have gone on to study at the Junior Academy (RSAMD) and undergraduate degrees at the RSAMD and further afield to Oxford.

In addition to teaching music lessons privately I also teach in both primary and secondary schools and am a freelance horn player with all the major orchestras in Scotland.
