Nik Trigkatzis

Nik has been practicing Yang style Tai chi quan and Qi gong for the last 8 years and would like to share his knowledge, experience and passion with other people. Sharing is a necessary step for one's practice as it helps to deepen into the essence of these arts. But beyond this, sharing the tools for potential happiness and love is one of Nik's most important personal aspirations.

He is also a Shiatsu therapist and runs his own practice ( The Way of Shiatsu).
