I am Per Norrgren, a Mindful person in Bedford, UK and I have been sharing and teaching mindfulness for the past three years. I teach the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme and other mindfulness based courses to individuals, groups and organisations from my base in Bedfordshire and on Client premises throughout the UK.

Most of my career has been in Information Technology management and training and I am one of the new kids on the mindfulness block. After personally experiencing the life-changing impact of the MBSR programme for myself, I have spent the past three years passionately studying, training, practising, facilitating and delivering mindfulness training in a variety of settings.

I started Mindfulness Meditation Bedford in early 2012 to support my local community and this organisation is now established as the go-to place for learning about and practising mindfulness in the area. There are now some 200+ people who have participated in a range of different mindfulness courses. To date, I have delivered over 100+ local sessions and recently established a new practise group in Milton Keynes, to support the community there.

I trained (and continue to train) with Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness and also with Breth Works and comply with the good practise guidelines of the UK Network for Mindfulness-based teachers.

Through inMindSight I offer the 8-week MBSR course, mindfulness coaching, one-2-one courses (face-to-face and by phone) and weekend workshops and retreats for individuals, couples, groups or teams.

In the near future I will also offer week-long retreats abroad.

Group Classes

4 week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction

This four week course introduces the concepts of the full Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

It is delivered over four weeks in weekly one hour sessions. Each session consists of theory and meditation practice, allowing the participant to be introduced to mindfulness meditation practice in a structured and understandable format.

The program is delivered in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere suited to beginners and people new to group meditation and who wants to learn the basic techniques of mindfulness meditation practice to reduce their stress levels.

This course is also suited for delivery on client's chosen premises as a bespoke course to introduce mindfulness in to organisations.

8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR

This eight week program is based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

It is delivered over eight weeks in a series of one and a half to two hour sessions. Each session consists of theory and meditation practice allowing the participant to be introduced to mindfulness meditation practice in a structured and understandable format.

The program is delivered in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere suited to beginners and people new to group meditation and who wants to learn the basic techniques of mindfulness meditation practice to reduce their stress levels.
