As a singer and actor in Philadelphia, I have worked with award-winning theatre companies, such as the Arden Theatre Co. and Philadelphia Theatre co., on productions of Caroline or Change, and Nerds: A Computer Software Satire. Since then I have performed in The Lion King on the West End (understudying the roles of Mufasa and Banzai), The Magic Of Disney (Concert in Hyde Park), the Olivier Awards, Apparitions (a Dartington International School World Premiere), and new musicals like The Kinks: A Rock and Role Fantasy. In addition to this, I also performed for various charitable organizations like Macmillan Cancer Support, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and The Royal Hospital for Neural Disability. I am currently performing in the orginal West End cast of The Book of Mormon.

I first studied at the University of the Arts School of Theatre Arts (now the Ira Brind School of Theatre Arts) in Philadelphia were I earned the degree of BFA in Musical Theatre. Soon after graduation I began my MA in Music Theatre at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London. Three years on I returned to CSSD to pursue a Phd in Theatre Arts, focusing on Musical Theatre and Afro-American Aesthetics. My research into this area continues at present.

Aimed at: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
