My name is Paul Coffey, I run a full time Kickboxing academy in Cork, Ireland. I am a 4th dan black belt in kickboxing and a 3rd dan black belt in shotokan karate. I am a level 3 coach and a level 2 tutor with the Irish sports council and coaching Ireland university Limerick. I have held many titles and am currently Irish national champion and twice WAKO world silver medalist in my weight and category.
