Hi, I'm Pearl and I am passionate about teaching Zumba Fitness and Zumba specialties:

Zumba Gold - the low impact class originally designed for over 50s but which is also suitable for pre and post natal workouts and anyone who wants a gentler introduction to Zumba Fitness.

Zumba Kids. A great way for children to get active, have fun and learn so much more.

I also teach Meditation and Mindfulness for any level, and in fact have taught classes to absolute beginners and experienced practitioners at the same time. I've taught corporate classes and also for the NHS as part of mental health projects.

I also have a one off workshop called "One Step At A Time" which enables people to relearn how to freestyle and create their own choreography.
