Penny is a drum kit tutor with over ten years experience. She has a degree in Music and Event Management as well as a PTLLS qualification in Music Leader Training. Penny is happy working with people of all ages and levels. Based in West London, she covers a range of styles including Rock, Pop, Funk, Jazz and Blues amongst others! She is comfortable teaching music theory and has seen much improvement in her previous students abilities in sight reading and notation.
Penny currently teaches the Rock School grades having studied these personally.
As well as drum kit, Penny teaches workshops including Brazilian Samba and African drumming. Please enquire to find out the latest course details!
Penny is currently teaching at Ritz Music Shop, Richmond, Footes Music Shop, Goodge Street, as well as her personal home studio in Feltham. She also travels to students homes if required.
