Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
An eight week mindfulness courses aimed at supporting you to awaken your innate capacity for well-being. Our courses are based on the work of Jon-Kabat Zinn, John Teasdale and Mark Williams.
The teacher has an MSc in Mindfulness Based Approaches from Bangor University, and teaches mindfulness based programmes/ workshops to the general population.
