I am the head of music services, inner london for the Nordoff-Robbins Music charity. Prior to that I was the Singing for Breathing workshop leader at the Royal Brompton hospital in London working with patients with chronic lung disease. I was also the vocal co-ordinator for a west london music service and teach singing to children from nursery school age to pensioners from one to one lessons to large group workshops. I specialise in pop/jazz and musical theatre repertoire. I have a music degree from the University of London as well as postgraduate qualifications in music therapy and music teaching. I am thoroughly trained and grounded in vocal technique and with extensive experience work with clients on correcting problems with posture, respiration, phonation, tuning, articulation etc. I work south west of London on the Surrey border in between Twickenham rugby ground and Hampton Court Palace and charge £40 an hour.

I am also available to run one off singing workshops for nursery/primary or secondary school children as well as adults. These are always well received and enthusiastically enjoyable!

I also train classroom teachers how best to teach singing and run training courses for both Trinity Guildhall and the Sing Up organisation.

I am also a qualified music therapist and shiatsu practitioner (japanese bodywork) and these disciplines inform my work also.
