Chi Kung is a Chinese Exercise System and has its origins in Chinese Medicine, Oriental Philosophy and Martial Arts.
Chi Kung exercises synchronise breathing with movement, encouraging good health and well-being.

These Yin and Yang sequences help promote good health and vitality and strengthen our immune systems. Learn to breathe, move, stretch and relax encouraging the natural flow of 'chi'(our vital life force) energy throughout your body.
Group Classes include standing, sitting and lying down exercises, parter-work and 'chi' development exercises which encourage full breathing.
