Rachel Hawes
I went to my first yoga class as a child and have been teaching since 2005.
I come from a Viniyoga background and teach a flowing style of yoga, ideal for anyone. I use the rhythm of the breath to energise the yoga practice and incorporate asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation into my teaching.
I believe that yoga is for everyone and integrate people from all walks of life into my classes, regardless of level of flexibility or fitness.
I specialise in teaching pre- and post-natal yoga and yoga for children

Exploring Yoga
A series of Hatha Yoga classes suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility whether you have been to many yoga classes in the past or none at all!
Each week we will explore a different theme to help you to become more aware of your body and to improve your posture, strength and flexibility.
Weekly Classes
Pregnancy Yoga adapts classical yoga postures to meet the needs of the changes of pregnancy – helping you maintain fitness whilst your baby grows and includes specific exercises to help prepare you for the birth. Pregnancy Yoga helps you to find a sense of calm in the tide of change leading up to the birth of your baby and beyond.
Post-Natal Yoga helps you and your baby bond, connect and have fun together; continuing some of the practices from your pregnancy sessions (which baby will recognise) and gets you back into shape after the birth.
Yoga can be practised from the 14th week of pregnancy right up until your due date.
Yoga can be practised from 8 weeks post-natally.
